Pablo Terrazas
Vicepresident Executive Corfo
Lawyer and Master in Environmental Law.
Before being appointed as Corfo Vice- President, he was Undersecretary of Mining.
He has developed a career as a public servant, playing a role as legislative advisor in the National Congress between 2014-2018. Also, was Chief of Advisors at the Ministry of Interior, between 2012 and 2014. Adding to that, he was Legal Director of the Ministry of the President’s Office and of the Regional Development Undersecretary.

León de la Torre
Ambassador of the European
Union in Chile
León de la Torre Krais is a Spanish lawyer and diplomat. He has a degree in Law and in Business Management and entered the Diplomatic Career in 1994, date from which he has been assigned to Spanish diplomatic representations in Ecuador and China. He was cultural advisor at the Spanish Embassy in Chile and in 2006 he became head of the Cabinet of the President of the Constitutional Court. Since June 2011 he served as ambassador of Spain in Nicaragua, and from September 2016 to August 2020 he was the ambassador of the European Union in Bolivia. He currently holds the position of Ambassador of the European Union in Chile.

Mr. Juan Carlos Jobet
Minister of Energy, Chile
Juan Carlos Jobet leads the Ministry of Energy with the mission of catalyzing the transition to a decarbonized energy system that enables a carbon-neutral economy in Chile. He holds a degree in Business Management from Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and in Public Administration from Harvard University. His career began at corporate finance consulting and has subsequently held several positions in the public and private sectors, such as Undersecretary of Housing and Minister of Labor and Social Welfare.

Alicia Bárcena Ibarra
Secretary Executive, CEPAL
She is the Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL). She previously served as Deputy Secretary General for Management at United Nations Headquarters in New York. At CEPAL, she served as Deputy Executive Secretary and Director of the Environment and Human Settlements Division. At the United Nations she was Coordinator of the Sustainable Development Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Development Programme (PNUD) and Coordinator of the Environmental Citizenship Project of the United Nations Environment Programme (PNUMA).

Head of the New Energies Unit of the Chilean Ministry of Energy, where he is responsible for the Chilean green hydrogen strategy deployment. Before joining the Ministry, he served as commercial specialist in AES Andes and as a consultant in Systep Ingenieria y Diseños in the Regulation and Electricity Market area, where he also was Project Leader. He also worked at Tritec Intervento as a developer of the solar photovoltaic ready-to-build projects. Camilo holds a degree in Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Has a Master's Degree in Renewable Energies at the University of Zaragoza, Spain. He is the technical supervisor of the European Renaissance project on energy efficiency in buildings. In 2012 he joined the JACOBS Consultancy as an Energy Management and Efficiency Engineer in mining pre-investment projects. He is Senior Advisor of the Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency program developed by GIZ, in conjunction with the Ministry of Energy of Chile.

At DNV he has participated in hydrogen feasibility studies covering green hydrogen and ammonia production and maritime export/import supply chains, including offshore production. Prior to DNV he worked at an engineering company where he researched CO2 transformation into chemicals and the feasibility of electrochemical ammonia synthesis. At the start of his career he worked with small scale hydrogen fuel cells for stationary and transport applications. He holds BA and MEng degrees from the University of Cambridge, MSc in Renewable Energy and Executive MBA.

Sra. Constanza Levican
Suncast, CEO
Has a degree in Electrical Civil Engineering at the Universidad Católica, and is finishing her Master's studies in Science Engineering. She has experience as a research project coordinator at the Audio Technologies Research Center of the Universidad Católica and she is an assistant professor at the same university in the course on digital entrepreneurship. In 2017 she founded Suncast. She was nominated by the Ministry of Energy to participate in the Advisory Committee that will update the country's energy policy, and also, nominated by the Ministry of Economy to represent Chile at the APEC Women-led Start-Up Accelerator Workshop.
